This is an open meeting that will go into closed session. The closed session will be used to discuss financial disclosures as required by local ordinance and state law.

4. Old Business:
a. Review, discuss, and (potentially) vote on approval of the Cheverly Ethics Commission Operating Guidelines.
5. New Business:
a. Contingent upon approval of the Operating Guidelines, nominations and elections for Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary, for a one-year term each, will take place.
6. Closed session to review and discuss Financial Disclosures for Town of Cheverly elected and appointed officials, per Maryland General Provisions Article § 3-305(1) and (13). The meeting will not return to open session.
7. Adjourn
