Public Information Requests

Under the Maryland Public Information Act, citizens may avail themselves of the public record. All requests for information must be made in writing.

You can request the request form from the Town Clerk at the Town Office by calling 301-773-8360 during regular office hours, or you may download the Request of Access to and Inspection of Public Records Form (PDF) here.
